Fundamentals of Quality Assurance

This course is being designed for people who have very little awareness of quality assurance (QA) arrangements in education and training organisations, or those who have not been in touch with the subject for some time. This would include people newly or recently appointed to a role where they have responsibility for QA, and people who aspire to such roles.
